Join I Heart SE for a crafty social at Golden Cactus Brewing where we’ll collectively make 100 Kindness Cards to Neighbors while enjoying good company.

I Heart SE will have a float in the Downtown Christmas Parade! We need a crowd of SE lovin’ neighbors and community partners to come walk along with our float in the parade!

Volunteers needed! Saturday 11/23 starting at 9:30 AM! Can you help us plant trees in SE? We will meet at Belmont Branch Library at 9:30am.

Calling all photographers, with any kind of camera (yes this includes your phone)! You are invited to come participate in our first Arts Connect Neighbors activity in SE—a photo workshop and walk through the Riverdale campus.

Street Art in Southeast Roanoke — Belmont Fallon Target Area: Bus Shelters + Placemaking through Street Improvements

Join Artist in Residence Molly Kernan and Ride Solutions’ Andrea Garland for a look at new bus shelters coming to the Belmont Fallon Target Area. We’ll also have an initial conversation around how the neighborhood might weave art projects into the upcoming street improvements in the city’s current Community Development Block Grant investments. Be part of this conversation as we advance construction on the bus shelters and get your initial thoughts.

Use your creativity to paint inspirational rocks to place around your neighborhood or any place in need of a little love.
